Yes. RankedNear can hide or remove listings and reviews that break these terms or the review guidelines, and can close accounts that misuse the service.
What is RankedNear’s liability?
RankedNear provides the directory "as is". To the extent the law allows, RankedNear is not liable for the work, prices or conduct of listed businesses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankedNear's total liability arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid to RankedNear in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
