What personal data does RankedNear collect?

Who does RankedNear share your data with?
- The business you chose Your quote request and contact details.
- Up to two other businesses Only if you tick "Also send my request to up to 2 other businesses nearby". It is unticked by default.
- Service providers Hosting (Cloudflare), email and messaging providers, and the analytics providers named below, that process data for RankedNear.
- Legal requests When required by law.
RankedNear does not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
How long does RankedNear keep your data?
Quote requests are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Reviews stay published until you ask for removal. Server logs are kept for 90 days.
What are your privacy rights?
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw sharing consent, through the contact page. RankedNear replies within 30 days. Depending on your state, you may have further rights under laws such as the CCPA.
Does RankedNear use cookies?
RankedNear uses one essential cookie or browser setting to remember your city. It also uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are opened and how they are used. These tools may set their own cookies. No advertising cookies are used.
